Coil Continuation!

Thanks to everybody that turned up to our Binding Coil event on Sunday, we had a blast! A number of faces that were present at the last synched Coil event (where we talked T1 through to T9) once again showed up, and we also had a few new appearances, as well as a complete Coil beginner.
We knew that The Final Coil of Bahamut would be a much bigger challenge than the previous two tiers, being unable to rely on massive overgearing to push phases, nonetheless, the Cuties were able to dispatch both Turn 10 and Turn 11 within a lockout from blind!
There will be another Binding Coil event announced soon, as well as something extra special (and not Final Fantasy related) coming this weekend!
T10 cost us an arm, a leg, and one too many Holmgangs, but we managed it! From left to right - Gacha, Dorian, Yume, Reiko, Mon, Rinon, Kaito, and Mitchell.
Turn 11 went down to the wire - we cleared it on the very last pull of the evening. Tethers weren't going to stop us!
It's also exciting to announce that we have sold over 1000 tickets for the Status Cute FC lottery! If you are still interested in entering, remember you have until the end of May - ask in Discord or game for info!

Victory at Binding and Second Coil!

Thanks to all those who turned up to our synched Binding Coil of Bahamut event, which took place on Sunday! We had a mixture of players at various experience levels show up - some had cleared the content back when it was relevant, whereas others were entering for the first time (with their delicious bonus).
The group managed to clear all the way through from Turn 1 to Turn 9 throughout the course of the evening. We plan on organising an event in the near future to tackle the Final Coil synched before Stormblood, so please look forward to that one, too!
T5 went down fairly quickly, within a couple of pulls.
On the other hand, T9 took a full lockout; it was cleared on the last pull of the evening, with only a couple of people left standing at the end.
Expect a post on the FC Discord channel really soon to organise the next Binding Coil event (as well as a couple of other ideas we have up our sleeves in the run-up to Stormblood's release in June). Thanks again to all those who showed up!

[Event] Festive Lottery Result

The results for the Festive FC lottery are up! We have a record breaking 244 entries (see here for list of entries), including entries by our Secret Santa raffle, and by a random number generator, we have picked our winners!
Talan Haig is our first prize winner, and wins 2x 60 day Final Fantasy XIV Timecards (EU Code). Our second prize winner is Katelynn Au'mar, who wins one 60 day Final Fantasy XIV Timecards (EU Code). Our final prize goes to Alexis Sentinel, who wins 1 million gil. The winners should contact one of the officers for his choice of prizes!
We thank everyone who has participated in this FC lottery. It has proven to be a great success as we have earned 1.2 million gil for our FC funds! As previously mentioned, we'll be using these funds the airship upgrades, helping fellow members gear up for endgame and other FC projects, as well as funding the next FC lottery.

Festive Lottery
The Status Cute FC lottery is back with another, super special set of prizes to hopefully light up your holiday season! This new lottery will be running all through the lead-up to Christmas, from right now until 23.59 ST on Friday, 23rd December, with three winners being chosen in order. The prizes are as follows:
First Prize: 2x 60 day Final Fantasy XIV Timecards (EU Code)
Second Prize: 1x 60 day Final Fantasy XIV Timecard (EU Code)
Third Prize: 1,000,000 gil

including any rules can be found here. As always, it costs 5000 gil per entry, with members being able to enter as many times as they wish. Just place the money in the FC Chest and your entry will be tallied!
Secret Santa: Cute Edition!
We hope this will be a fun one for everyone: this year we plan on hosting an in-game Secret Santa for members of the FC! It'll give you a chance to spread some holiday cheer and get to know one another a little more intimately, as you try to buy or craft the perfect gifts for your chosen giftee.
HOW IT WILL WORK:
1) Signing up
Entering the Secret Santa is simple - make a 100,000 gil deposit to the FC chest, and let an officer (Rinon, Shiori, Hibiki or Mon) know that you'd like to enter. Alternatively when the officers are not present, you can make that deposit and post in #fc-events in our Discord to let us know you'd like to enter. You will receive your gil back after signups close, it's simply to ensure that every secret Santa has an equal budget with which to spread joy!
Signups run from right now to Sunday, 11th December at 23.59 Server Time.
2) Gifting
Once we have all the entrants, FC Officers will send out Moogle Mails throughout Monday, 12th December including the name of the person you'll be giving presents to, along with your 100,000 gil deposit back.
You'll then have until 23.59 Server Time on Thursday, 22nd December to purchase or craft your gifts, and either Moogle Mail them to an FC officer or directly trade them to an officer. If you so wish, you can send a personalised message along with them that will be relayed to your giftee! You're perfectly free to spend more than 100,000 gil if you so wish, but the goal is that every member that enters at least receives presents of a minimum equal amount.
3) Festive Fun Times
On December 24th, FC Officers will send out presents via Moogle Mail with any personalised messages attached. Merry Christmas!
As a note, every single member that enters the Secret Santa will automatically receive a free entry to the Christmas FC Lottery, too!

A lot going on in store for Status Cute this month, so we put up together this master post for y'all on updates.
Lets get started!
It's Lottery Time!
We're bringing back one of our popular FC events to raise funds not only for airship and FC crafts, but also more importantly to raise funds to help support new level 60 members get geared for endgame so they too can join all the fun! This FC lottery will run starting
Saturday, November 12 to November 26th at 11:59PM ST.
You can view the full details of the lottery mechanics from our original FC Lottery post
here in this link. But simply put, you enter one ticket by placing 5k gil in the FC chest. Multiple entries accepted as you put in more increments of 5k gil in the chest.
There will be
one lucky winner chosen from all entries to win all three prizes! For this FC lottery, we are giving away
one ilvl 250 crafted left-side piece of your choice (choose between head, chest, arms, legs, or boots),
the right to name our fourth airship, and finally

More Binding Coil Funsies!
Due to popular demand and a great turn-out, we continue the synched journey to the coils once again with Part 3 of our FC Coil Night! We will run from
7:30PM ST onwards on
November 13th! The group will be picking up from the Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 4 (T9 aka Meteor Hell) and moving onwards until the group gets bored. Slots are open to all members Level 50 and above on a first come first serve basis. If there is enough people, we can host two or more parties that can go through the coils as well. To register, send a /tell to Rinon Senjougahara or leave a message at the #fc-events chat in our Discord channel!
Nothing Fishy About This One Nope
Though we are letting everyone know about our upcoming FC crafting projects!
We are close to being done on fully
upgrading our airships. We have finished upgrading
The Jade Rabbit and are currently working on the last part of
The White Whale in our company airship workshop. As soon as that's done, we are waiting on our third airship
The Raid Wipe to reach level 50 as we gear that up as well. The fourth airship will be available as soon as we get the parts for it as well. In light of that and if anyone is interested to help out, you can check our Company Workshop for the materials we need or leave mats in our FC chest.
Secondly, we're currently working on a new design for our FC house basement which now includes a stage/catwalk for future FC events! We plan to have a nice
tier-4 aquarium down there as well, which we are currently working on. Again, materials are very welcome and comments and suggestions for the downstairs are welcome as well.

[Event] Return to the Binding Coil

Last week a group of FC members got together to run some of the Binding Coil of Bahamut synced. It was a lot of fun - we managed to clear Turns 1 through to 6 throughout the evening and get some lovely (but totally irrelevant) drops along the way!
This Sunday, we plan on getting back together to continue where we left off. Starting with Second Coil of Bahamut, Turn 2, we'll push through as far as we can and see as many fights as we can. This is a great chance for those that didn't manage to experience the A Realm Reborn raids (like me, hue) to try them out the way they were intended, and get together in a big FC party for some casual raid fun times!
The event will take place on
November 6th at 8PM Server Time. It'll continue until, well, we get bored, really. There are currently 7 available spaces to make up a full party, but if there's a large demand we can make 2 full parties to progress through the floors with, so please feel free to sign up if you would like to try!

Thanks to all the spooky participants of our spooky Discord mini-raffle!
We had a really great turnout for the event! Every one of our active members showcased the creepiest and scariest parts of FFXIV, and they're all horribly amazing! We were all incredibly spooked (and disturbed at
Lalafell ERP is typing...) with the entries. We even had our FC guests participate in the fun as well.

[Event] "Adventuring Eorzea" Screenshot Contest

Bring your cameras and your trusty chocobos out for an adventure in Eorzea!
We are hosting a special screenshot contest open to all FC members that will run from September 11 (Saturday) through midnight server time on the 23rd (Friday). The theme for this screenshot contest is Adventuring Eorzea.
Each FC member is allowed to submit a maximum of two screenshots related to the theme Adventuring Eorzea. You can get as creative as you'd like with the photos: it can be anywhere in Eorzea from Limsa Lominsa to Aymeric's office or even in Wiping City. You can even include companions, minions, mobs, NPCs and even other players with you. The only requirement is that your own character should be included in the photo. Note that no joint entries are allowed!
There are amazing prizes in store for our top two adventurers! The first placer will be getting 1 million gil (yes, you've read that right!!) and a cute Garuda minion to keep you company for the rest of your Eorzean adventure. A runner up will be getting the Hive barding for their trusty chocobos. We will be announcing the winners here on September 25 (Sunday) and will showcase all entries here as well!

Happy patch release week cuties! We’ve got a lot of exciting things in store to come along with the new game update. Super long post coming up about our two latest events.
Aquapolis Festival!
We are hosting a
special FC Aquapolis event on Saturday, June 18 at 8PM server time.
Aquapolis is a great way to get both money and rare items, and it’s super easy and fun to do so long as you don’t get fricked by Rainbow RNGesus. (If you don’t believe me, ask Pyne. He’s all about that life.)
To join, you need at least
one level 60 combat class. You are also required to bring at least one
Timeworn Dragonskin Map* (to avoid freeloaders). To get one, you can either purchase one from the market board, or have a level 55+ gatherer and collect a Dragonskin map from any level 60 node**. A maximum of 8 people can come to the event, on a first come, first serve basis. If it turns out that more than 8 people want to come, we’ll consider holding this event more regularly so that everybody can get some Aquapolis goodness in their lives.
We’d be following the
“Be Nice” Loot Rule during the event. In courtesy to the map owner, everyone will be rolling greed on drops. If the map owner really,really wants any particular drop, they can roll Need. Otherwise, everything is a free-for-all. Disrespect this rule and you would not only be banned from future Aquapolis like this, but you’ll also be labeled as
“that douchebag who stole my drop from my map”. We wouldn’t want that, right?
**Sidenote: Gatherers note that you can only gather one map per 18-hours. This means if you gather a Wyvernskin map or so, you won’t have a chance of getting another map (let alone a Dragonskin).
Status Cute FC Lottery 2: Electric Boogaloo!
We have had great success with our first FC Lottery, so we’re bringing it back with three times the prizes!

Starting the 21st of May, 2016, our FC will be hosting our very own bi-weekly FC Lottery!
Anyone in the FC can participate in this raffle by purchasing an "entry", a
5k gil contribution to the FC chest funds. You can place as many entries as you want anytime during a two-week period. The officers will be keeping track of these contributions in a spreadsheet. Just place your 5k in the FC chest. Note that every 5k increment is an entry. 10k is two entries. 10,001 is still two entries. 14,999 is still two entries. 15k is three entries... and so on
After the two-week period is up, we will have a random number generator pick a lucky person (or two) from the list to win cool prizes! Minions, levekits, materia, mounts, glamour, and more are up for grabs every lottery period. What's more is that every contribution will be placed into the FC funds for future FC projects, airship upgrades and extra gil for players in need.
Our first FC Lottery will run from May 22 to June 4 (Sundays). The prize will be an ARR primal pony of the player's choice!
The officers (and any other volunteers) will be helping you unsynch-farm the primal of choice until the pony drops for you to grab. So buy your tickets for 5k now! And as usual, ask any of the managers for questions.

[Event] Primal Down

We are hosting our first ever Primal Down Event on Saturday, May 7th at 7:30pm ST! We'll be running through all the Realm Reborn EX Primals with an unsynched party, starting with Garuda EX. We're aiming for a clear on all the primals, and if we'll have time, we will have pony-farming runs after.
You must be level 50, have completed the main story quest hard primals and unlocked Garuda EX (via a quest) to join. On top of that, you must have the required minimum iLevels to participate in the specific primals. It would also be very very helpful to read up on the primal fights because they can be very heavy on mechanics.
Sign ups are a first come first serve basis by class prioritizng those that haven't done the EX primals before.
Also, here is a link to our
official Discord channel to help with communication during the trials. Discord has an application, browser client, and mobile app. You do not have to have a mic to join (though we'd love to hear your lovely voices). Just have something you can hear voice chat with!

Once we have all the entrants, FC Officers will send out Moogle Mails throughout Monday, 12th December including the name of the person you'll be giving presents to, along with your 100,000 gil deposit back.
You'll then have until 23.59 Server Time on Thursday, 22nd December to purchase or craft your gifts, and either Moogle Mail them to an FC officer or directly trade them to an officer. If you so wish, you can send a personalised message along with them that will be relayed to your giftee! You're perfectly free to spend more than 100,000 gil if you so wish, but the goal is that every member that enters at least receives presents of a minimum equal amount.
3) Festive Fun Times
On December 24th, FC Officers will send out presents via Moogle Mail with any personalised messages attached. Merry Christmas!
As a note, every single member that enters the Secret Santa will automatically receive a free entry to the Christmas FC Lottery, too!

The results for the mega FC lottery are up! We have a record breaking 186 entries (see here for list of entries), and by a random number generator, we have picked a winner!

We thank everyone who has participated in this FC lottery. It has proven to be a great success as we have earned almost 1 million gil for our FC funds in two weeks! As previously mentioned, we'll be using these funds the airship upgrades, helping fellow members gear up for endgame and other FC projects, as well as funding the next FC lottery.
We plan on making the next Status Cute Lottery bigger and better than this one, with multiple prizes and hopefully just as many entries or more. More info coming soon in December.

It's Lottery Time!
We're bringing back one of our popular FC events to raise funds not only for airship and FC crafts, but also more importantly to raise funds to help support new level 60 members get geared for endgame so they too can join all the fun! This FC lottery will run starting

here in this link. But simply put, you enter one ticket by placing 5k gil in the FC chest. Multiple entries accepted as you put in more increments of 5k gil in the chest.

More Binding Coil Funsies!
Due to popular demand and a great turn-out, we continue the synched journey to the coils once again with Part 3 of our FC Coil Night! We will run from
7:30PM ST onwards on
November 13th! The group will be picking up from the Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 4 (T9 aka Meteor Hell) and moving onwards until the group gets bored. Slots are open to all members Level 50 and above on a first come first serve basis. If there is enough people, we can host two or more parties that can go through the coils as well. To register, send a /tell to Rinon Senjougahara or leave a message at the #fc-events chat in our Discord channel!

Though we are letting everyone know about our upcoming FC crafting projects!
We are close to being done on fully
upgrading our airships. We have finished upgrading
The Jade Rabbit and are currently working on the last part of
The White Whale in our company airship workshop. As soon as that's done, we are waiting on our third airship
The Raid Wipe to reach level 50 as we gear that up as well. The fourth airship will be available as soon as we get the parts for it as well. In light of that and if anyone is interested to help out, you can check our Company Workshop for the materials we need or leave mats in our FC chest.
Secondly, we're currently working on a new design for our FC house basement which now includes a stage/catwalk for future FC events! We plan to have a nice
tier-4 aquarium down there as well, which we are currently working on. Again, materials are very welcome and comments and suggestions for the downstairs are welcome as well.

[Event] Return to the Binding Coil

Last week a group of FC members got together to run some of the Binding Coil of Bahamut synced. It was a lot of fun - we managed to clear Turns 1 through to 6 throughout the evening and get some lovely (but totally irrelevant) drops along the way!
This Sunday, we plan on getting back together to continue where we left off. Starting with Second Coil of Bahamut, Turn 2, we'll push through as far as we can and see as many fights as we can. This is a great chance for those that didn't manage to experience the A Realm Reborn raids (like me, hue) to try them out the way they were intended, and get together in a big FC party for some casual raid fun times!
The event will take place on
November 6th at 8PM Server Time. It'll continue until, well, we get bored, really. There are currently 7 available spaces to make up a full party, but if there's a large demand we can make 2 full parties to progress through the floors with, so please feel free to sign up if you would like to try!

[Event] "Adventuring Eorzea" Screenshot Contest

Bring your cameras and your trusty chocobos out for an adventure in Eorzea!
We are hosting a special screenshot contest open to all FC members that will run from September 11 (Saturday) through midnight server time on the 23rd (Friday). The theme for this screenshot contest is Adventuring Eorzea.
Each FC member is allowed to submit a maximum of two screenshots related to the theme Adventuring Eorzea. You can get as creative as you'd like with the photos: it can be anywhere in Eorzea from Limsa Lominsa to Aymeric's office or even in Wiping City. You can even include companions, minions, mobs, NPCs and even other players with you. The only requirement is that your own character should be included in the photo. Note that no joint entries are allowed!
There are amazing prizes in store for our top two adventurers! The first placer will be getting 1 million gil (yes, you've read that right!!) and a cute Garuda minion to keep you company for the rest of your Eorzean adventure. A runner up will be getting the Hive barding for their trusty chocobos. We will be announcing the winners here on September 25 (Sunday) and will showcase all entries here as well!

Happy patch release week cuties! We’ve got a lot of exciting things in store to come along with the new game update. Super long post coming up about our two latest events.
Aquapolis Festival!
We are hosting a
special FC Aquapolis event on Saturday, June 18 at 8PM server time.
Aquapolis is a great way to get both money and rare items, and it’s super easy and fun to do so long as you don’t get fricked by Rainbow RNGesus. (If you don’t believe me, ask Pyne. He’s all about that life.)
To join, you need at least
one level 60 combat class. You are also required to bring at least one
Timeworn Dragonskin Map* (to avoid freeloaders). To get one, you can either purchase one from the market board, or have a level 55+ gatherer and collect a Dragonskin map from any level 60 node**. A maximum of 8 people can come to the event, on a first come, first serve basis. If it turns out that more than 8 people want to come, we’ll consider holding this event more regularly so that everybody can get some Aquapolis goodness in their lives.
We’d be following the
“Be Nice” Loot Rule during the event. In courtesy to the map owner, everyone will be rolling greed on drops. If the map owner really,really wants any particular drop, they can roll Need. Otherwise, everything is a free-for-all. Disrespect this rule and you would not only be banned from future Aquapolis like this, but you’ll also be labeled as
“that douchebag who stole my drop from my map”. We wouldn’t want that, right?
**Sidenote: Gatherers note that you can only gather one map per 18-hours. This means if you gather a Wyvernskin map or so, you won’t have a chance of getting another map (let alone a Dragonskin).
Status Cute FC Lottery 2: Electric Boogaloo!
We have had great success with our first FC Lottery, so we’re bringing it back with three times the prizes!

Starting the 21st of May, 2016, our FC will be hosting our very own bi-weekly FC Lottery!
Anyone in the FC can participate in this raffle by purchasing an "entry", a
5k gil contribution to the FC chest funds. You can place as many entries as you want anytime during a two-week period. The officers will be keeping track of these contributions in a spreadsheet. Just place your 5k in the FC chest. Note that every 5k increment is an entry. 10k is two entries. 10,001 is still two entries. 14,999 is still two entries. 15k is three entries... and so on
After the two-week period is up, we will have a random number generator pick a lucky person (or two) from the list to win cool prizes! Minions, levekits, materia, mounts, glamour, and more are up for grabs every lottery period. What's more is that every contribution will be placed into the FC funds for future FC projects, airship upgrades and extra gil for players in need.
Our first FC Lottery will run from May 22 to June 4 (Sundays). The prize will be an ARR primal pony of the player's choice!
The officers (and any other volunteers) will be helping you unsynch-farm the primal of choice until the pony drops for you to grab. So buy your tickets for 5k now! And as usual, ask any of the managers for questions.

[Event] Primal Down

We are hosting our first ever Primal Down Event on Saturday, May 7th at 7:30pm ST! We'll be running through all the Realm Reborn EX Primals with an unsynched party, starting with Garuda EX. We're aiming for a clear on all the primals, and if we'll have time, we will have pony-farming runs after.
You must be level 50, have completed the main story quest hard primals and unlocked Garuda EX (via a quest) to join. On top of that, you must have the required minimum iLevels to participate in the specific primals. It would also be very very helpful to read up on the primal fights because they can be very heavy on mechanics.
Sign ups are a first come first serve basis by class prioritizng those that haven't done the EX primals before.
Also, here is a link to our
official Discord channel to help with communication during the trials. Discord has an application, browser client, and mobile app. You do not have to have a mic to join (though we'd love to hear your lovely voices). Just have something you can hear voice chat with!
